RAA
2007
I worked With RAA (Raulph Applebaum Associates) for two and a half years as an exhibition visualizer and 3D designer. In a highly multidisciplinary enviroment the aim was to deliver images that reflect a content based experiential design for museums. Working with large groups involving Graphic Designers, Theorists, 3d Designers and the museum staff, directors, sub-directors, curators, taxidermists, professors, Kings, geologists, priests and marketing people i had to develop a very agile methodology for delevering renders or drawings. The majority of my work had to communicate in simple terms the look and feel of the galleries and to initiate constructive ... or deconstructive feedback internally or with the client. Focusing on the sensitivities of complicated ethical and sociopolitical matters we couldn't use photographs or even design without a prior serious research and proofing.
Bahrain National Monument (RAA)
2007

Bahrain National Monument. For the presentation to the King. The flythrough was created directly after the schematic design. So we had to work simultaneously on designing the space and give also a more finalised look concerning the atmosphere of the monument.

We also produced hundrends of still images for a booklet.

National Museum of Scotland (RAA)
2008

Flythrough for the National Museum of Scotland, created in 5 days! The aim was to help the client understand the complicated structure from the plans and elevations I was drawing, I created a flythrough using a few ready made skeletons, scaling and twisting their postures, adding antlers and so on. I had only one T-Rex and a shark so the rest followed the evolution of 3dstudio max.

Lots of dimension boxes. A little help from Z-Buffer to see more clearly the distances between the animals.

Museum of London
2007

This is a quick pitch for Museum of London. The basic idea was to install a big multiuser interactive table with a specially developed version of time based Google maps. The aim was to superimpose historical stages of growth, facts and archeological artifacts on current maps of London.
